Dr. Song meets Han Yoon-jae (Gong Yoo), the captain of the Balhae Lunar Mission, and other team members at the SAA facility. The crew is informed by Director Choi that they have 24 hours to acquire a crucial sample from the abandoned Balhae Station before the government closes it down forever. Director Choi and Kim decline to provide more information about the sample when Dr. Song asks it. Dr. Song senses something is off about the whole situation, but she boards the space shuttle with the astronauts nevertheless to search for her sister’s remains.
